Robert Barlow President
Robert has been sailing over twenty years and involved in the local sailing industry for over fifteen years. Robert and wife Tasha have sailed throughout a vast majority of the Caribbean as well as made numerous yacht deliveries throughout the United States. Robert races regularly in both circuits as well as local regattas. He began working for Texas Sailing in 1996 as the head instructor and rigger/service tech.
In 2000 he purchased Texas Sailing along with Tasha and the Texas Sailing partners. Since then we have expanded to include the US Sailing School, the Beneteau Yacht and Precision Yacht dealership.

Carol Lee Office Administrator
Carol joined Texas Sailing as Office Administrator after returning to Lake Travis in the summer of 2008. Her love of sailing started in the British Virgin Islands where she lived aboard the private s/v Mermaid, a 51 First Beneteau for 10 years. She continues her love and excitement of sailing on beautiful Lake Travis.

Bill Foshee Vessel Admin, Instr, & Capt
Bill joined Texas Sailing in 2002 after fourteen years as a PADI instructor in the scuba diving industry. After hard work, he became a Texas Sailing instructor and captain in 2003. In 2007 Bill achieved his certification as a US Sailing Certified Basic Keelboat Sailing Instructor. It was a natural transition from scuba instructor to sailing instructor for Bill with his enthusiasm for teaching and love of being on the water.
