Closed-toe deck shoes, sunscreen, and any branded materials you'd like onboard. We coordinate catering, bar, and dock logistics.

Common questions
How does a corporate charter actually work?+
You tell us your date, group size, and what you're celebrating or entertaining, we handle the rest. Your captain runs the boat and the route while your group relaxes on deck with drinks and catering. For groups larger than one boat comfortably holds, we coordinate a fleet sailing together so everyone stays part of the same event.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?+
Of course, we issue Certificates of Insurance (COI) for corporate charters as standard practice. Send us your COI requirements (additional insureds, coverage limits, special wording) and we'll have a certificate to your office or risk-management team within one business day. We carry full commercial liability and passenger insurance and have worked with the procurement teams of Fortune 500s, agencies, and Austin-based startups.
Do you handle catering?+
Yes, we coordinate catering with Austin's best caterers. Popular choices include BBQ from Terry Black's, taco bars from Velvet Taco or Torchy's, sushi platters, charcuterie boards, and full sit-down dinners served on deck. We can also bring in licensed bartenders for craft cocktails, beer, and wine service. If you have a preferred caterer, we'll happily work with them and handle the dock logistics.
Can we brand the day?+
Absolutely, a corporate charter is a great canvas for brand activation on Lake Travis. We've done branded sail covers, custom dock signage, welcome bags, printed itineraries, branded koozies, and step-and-repeat photo backdrops at the marina. Send us your brand assets (logos, colors, any guidelines) and we'll quote production and setup.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
Safety wins, every time. If your captain cancels for weather, lightning, or unsafe wind, you reschedule for free, no fine print, no rebooking fees. Light rain or overcast skies usually don't cancel a sail; some of the most dramatic Lake Travis sunsets happen on partly cloudy evenings. Your safety and your experience always come first.
